By creating an account, downloading or using the PhiloStudios plugin, or subscribing to PhiloStudios PRO, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. If you have any questions, email us at soporte@philostudios.pro.

1. The service

PhiloStudios is a VST3 vocal-mixing plugin. We offer a free demo mode, no account required, and a paid PRO membership that unlocks the full vocal chain with no limitations, for as long as your subscription stays active.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your email and password confidential, and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away at soporte@philostudios.pro if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Pricing and billing

The PRO membership costs $5.99 USD per month, processed through PayPal. The subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel. We may update the price in the future; if we do, we'll give you reasonable notice before it applies to your next renewal.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime, with no minimum commitment, from your PayPal account. When you cancel, your PRO access continues until the end of the period you already paid for; after that, your account returns to demo mode.

5. Refunds

In general, subscription payments already processed are non-refundable, unless applicable law in your country states otherwise. If you have an issue with a charge, email us at soporte@philostudios.pro and we'll review it case by case. Remember you can always cancel anytime to avoid being charged for the next cycle.

6. Acceptable use

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the PhiloStudios plugin while your account is active. You may not: share your account with others, redistribute or resell the installer, or attempt to reverse-engineer the software.

7. Intellectual property

PhiloStudios, its code, interface, presets and brand are the property of its creators. These terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you beyond the usage license described above.

8. Availability and changes

The service is provided "as is." We may update features, fix bugs, or eventually discontinue the product. If we discontinue the service, we'll give you reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of liability

We don't guarantee the software is completely free of bugs. You use PhiloStudios at your own discretion and risk within your music production workflow.
